I will post this information to our Web site as well, but wanted to post here to remind you of the commands that are available to each team captain.
It is important to understand the pre-match process and how to use these commands.

Club Conflict Team Captain/Co-Captain Admin Commands
The commands below are available to all Club Conflict Team Captains & Co-Captains on all Club Conflict servers. These commands are available through a custom plugin created by {US}BeetleFart. This plugin for CS:Source servers is called "BeetlesMod". To use the commands, simply type the commands starting with "@" as you were typing to your teammates.
@restart <seconds>
This command restarts round in # of seconds specified - 5 by default
@map <mapname>
This command changes map to specified map (eg. de_dust)
@alltalk <1 or 0>
This command turns alltalk on (1) or off (0)
@password ccmatch
This command sets server password to: ccmatch
@password
Not including a password when issuing this command removes the server password
@pw
This command is an abbreviated version of the above command.
@startmatch
This command will run the script that starts a Club Conflict match. The command will:
1) password protects server with a password of: "ccmatch"
2) restarts round 3 times
3) announces the start of the match "LIVE"
@kick <nickname or partial name>
This command will kick a user from the server. Use this command if the server is full, and users are not cooperating in clearing out the server. You can kick "XGen" by simply typing "@kick XG"

CC Team Captains - Match Management Instructions
The steps below will outline the process of managing a match from start to finish. This is what you should expect to be responsible for managing pre-match, during match, and post-match.
Pre-Match:
The captain of the lower seeded team will be responsible for running the match (unless both teams agree the other captain can run it). The lower seeded team also chooses sides.
NOTE: Only 1 captain should run the match.
1) Verify rosters are valid
2) Verify both teams agree with server settings & pings (ping rule)
3) Verify that the opposing team is ready to begin the match.
4) Issue the @startmatch command
5) Once you play 15 rounds, the first half ends. The CC Match script automatically takes screenshots and will automatically change sides.
6) Make sure all teams are ready for the second half. Teams should agree on server settings, pings, etc.
7) Issue the @startmatch command when you are ready to begin the second half.
8 ) After second half ends (another 15 rounds), the server will automatcially state that the match is over. It will show scores and take screenshots.
9) Please record the scores of the match (for each half), report the scores to Club Conflict staff via the Club Conflict Match Reporting forums.
NOTE: The WINNING team captain should post scores.
