added autobanning of IP and ID of people who join secure servers and are VAC Banned from them.
(Why? cause it will ban their IP) if cvar BanMyg0t is 1
added modelchoosing via models.txt file in addons folder.
you can force models/skins via setting 1 model for each team
you can set a specific model for bots and a specific model for admins
if you set up multiple models for ct's or t's then a menu will come up after they join a team
asking them to pick which model (using the name spot from models.txt)
(The Next beta will allow for adding models per map)

Added support to ModelChanging via the <mapname>.cfg file (daily,nighttime,daytime.cfg's not supported for models)
added server say timeleft command

fixed bug with model menu coming up when theirs been more than 1 model choice and then changed down to one model per team
added all bans to addons/adminlogs/bannedplayers.log
